Delivery

Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker — at the carrier tariff, paid by the recipient on collection.

Nova Poshta courier — also at tariff.

Pickup in Lutsk — free, we agree the address and time on Telegram.

Once shipped we email you the waybill number, which tracks the parcel on the Nova Poshta site.

Payment

After you place an order we confirm the item is still available and email you the payment details.

Payment is a bank transfer to ФОП Олієвський Роман Васильович. The payment comment must include your order number — that is how we find your transfer.

Card payment on the site is coming later.

Timing

Availability confirmed — usually the same day.

Dispatch — within 3 working days of payment.

Nova Poshta delivery — 1–3 days depending on the city.
