Returns
Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, under article 9 of the Ukrainian consumer protection law.

The period runs from the day you receive the parcel, not counting the purchase day itself.
If the size, geometry or standard does not suit — write to us and we will arrange an exchange or a refund.
Conditions
The item has not been used: not fitted to a bike, no installation marks, scratches or torque marks.
Appearance, completeness and packaging preserved.
Proof of purchase — your order number or the payment email.
Note: most of what we sell is used components, and their condition is described on the product page. Wear that was present at the time of sale is not grounds for return — we photograph it up front.
How to return
1. Message us on Telegram or by email with your order number and the reason.
2. We confirm the return and give you the branch address.
3. Ship it back with Nova Poshta. Return shipping is paid by the buyer if the item is sound and simply did not suit.
4. After inspection we refund — same day, within 7 days at the latest.
If something arrived damaged or wrong, that is our problem and not yours: write immediately and we cover the return shipping.
