What it is

Many shops — bike24, bike-components, r2-bike, bike-discount — do not ship to Ukraine or do not accept Ukrainian cards. We take that on: we order to our address in Germany or Spain, and the parcel travels on to you from our EU warehouse.

Works for any product from any EU shop, except what carriers refuse: gas cartridges, aerosols, lithium batteries shipped loose.

How it works

1. Paste product links into the form. For known shops we read the name, price, size and weight at once; for others, type the name and price from the site.

2. You see the full price in hryvnia: goods, shop delivery, delivery to Ukraine, customs. This is an estimate.

3. Send the request with your contacts and Nova Poshta branch. Within 24 hours we check stock and confirm the final amount on Telegram.

4. After payment we place the order. When the parcel reaches Ukraine we send the tracking number.

What the price includes

Product price as shown on the shop site, with European VAT.

Shop delivery to the warehouse at the shop rate, usually €0–8.

Delivery to Ukraine: forwarding from the warehouse to your Nova Poshta branch by parcel weight, plus our fee: 10% of the first €100 of goods and 5% of the rest, minimum 400 ₴.

Exchange rate: the bank rate on the day of the quote. The price holds for 24 hours and is final once we confirm.

Customs

Parcels worth up to €150 per recipient are free of duty and tax.

Above €150, the excess carries 10% duty and 20% VAT. We include it in the quote; nothing to pay on delivery.

You are the recipient as a private person. With several expensive items it is often cheaper to split into separate parcels; we will advise.

How long

The shop ships in 2–5 days, the warehouse handles the parcel in 1–3 days, the road to Ukraine with customs takes 7–12 days. Roughly 12–21 days from payment overall. The quote shows the dates for your order.
